Hunter International is looking for an Executive Assistant who will be the supportive force that empowers and supports our Executive Leadership Team.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, set/schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and arrange travel
  • Prepare expense reports as needed
  • Receive and screen telephone calls and e-mail messages, and record messages
  • Provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage personal matters and projects and other office duties as assigned
  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders, senior management, and other coworkers
  • Interface with vendors/ suppliers and external partners, including non-profits and government agencies
  • Coordinate activities across departments and follow up to ensure that requests are carried out

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 15+ of experience providing support for senior-level executives
  • Proficient in both Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and assist with various projects with minimal supervision
  • The candidate should be forward-thinking and actively seeking solutions and support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly organized
  • Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
