The R&D Technician will assist in the Analytical Testing Lab.

R&D Technician Responsibilities:
  • Preparing samples involves accurately measuring and handling beverage, concentrate, and food samples for analysis according to established protocols.
  • Performing chemical and physical analyses includes conducting tests such as pH, titratable acidity (TA), density, brix, CO2 levels, and color analysis with precision.
  • Preparing chemical solutions entails mixing reagents accurately to ensure the integrity of subsequent analyses.
  • Sample dilutions are performed as needed to achieve appropriate concentrations for analysis, ensuring accurate results.
  • Collaborating with the lab manager and team members on research projects involves assisting with experimental tasks and other assigned duties.
  • Maintaining accurate records requires thorough documentation of analysis procedures and results for traceability.
  • Contributing to protocol optimization involves identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Adhering to safety protocols ensures a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.

R&D Technician Requirements:
  • BS degree in science degree such as Chemistry.
  • Good computer skills MS Word and Excel etc.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Well organized and detail oriented in performing lab work to ensure data quality of the analysis.
  • Must be able to follow lab safety procedure and good lab practices.
