Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Process all inbound documentation through email, white mail, and fax
  • Manage follow-up letters via email, white mail, and fax
  • Review the quality of follow-up letters
  • Process Market Research and Social Listening documents
  • Processing of Complaint Action Items
  • Complete oversight queries
  • Perform Case Deletions

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-5 years of office work experience
  • Experience in a compliance-driven environment
  • Ability to learn and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Very good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools 
  • Ability to learn new technologies and office equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A college degree or equivalent in a scientific or health-related field
  • Preferred experience in document management
  • Preferred experience in handling patient records
