Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
  • This candidate will be interfacing with several teams, sales, customers, dealer network and vendors.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Sort, distribute and prioritize all incoming mail.
  • Following up invoices and emails.
  • Performing data entry.

Administrative Assistant Requirements
  • HS Diploma Required 
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with invoicing 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detailed oriented person with strong follow up
