Sr. Contracts Manager will be responsible for all contract management functions including contract and price negotiations, development and execution of contract strategy, and leading/developing contract administrators. This person will prepare and provide recommendations to Division leadership for review of potential liabilities and areas of risk and mitigation plans.  

Sr. Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Director, Programs & Business Development
  • Provides direct leadership to subordinates
  • Responsible for conducting routine customer reviews regarding contract performance
  • Manages the contract management budget for Division
  • Oversees and approves task planning on contracts or programs
  • Contributes to meeting business objectives and participates in strategic planning – while being fully responsible for execution of strategy that relates to contracts
  • Provides cohesive leadership in export compliance

Sr. Contracts Manager Qualifications:
  • 7+ years’ experience required
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Proficiency in Contract Management concepts, tools, techniques, and risk management
  • Bachelor’s degree - Business or related field required
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Contract management certification preferred
  • Certifications are a plus
