The Global Maintenance Leader will develop and implement the strategy for maintenance operations and equipment globally.  This includes leveraging world class solutions to deliver reliable manufacturing platforms focused on maximizing capital efficiency.
    
Global Maintenance Leader Responsibilities: 
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operating efficiency.
  • Provide vision for the Maintenance and Reliability function including the annual plan.
  • Establish standardized maintenance/reliability processes and metrics (KMI, PMI and KAI) to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure successful achievement of major technical/equipment programs and initiatives in operations.
  • Improve plant efficiency metrics through superior execution of the Reliability Work Process.
  • Ensure proper breakdown analysis is completed on any escalated events and share the solution across the network to reduce repeat events.
  • Drive solution identification and implementation for any chronic or multi-plant escalation issues. 
  • Develop annual budgets relative to capital expenditures, manpower, repairs, etc. 
  • Facilitate continuous improvement through people deployment, productivity enhancements, high performance work teams and being a model for change. 
  • Coach and Mentor Maintenance Talent.  

Global Leader Requirements:
  • BS Engineering required; Master’s or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years as a Maintenance Leader in a manufacturing environment 
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance Certification strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence in a complex, matrixed environment 
  • Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and develop teams. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Ability to travel 50% globally (North America, Europe, Latin America)
