Epic Charge Router Analyst will support Service Requests that require build within the Epic Charge Router application for both HB (Hospital Billing) and PB (Professional Billing). This includes Charge Router Review and Charge Review work queues, Charge Handler Tasks/Actions, and Cost Center Assignment.

Epic Charge Router Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintenance of Charge Handler Tasks and Actions
  • Charge Router Review WQs Modifications
  • Routing Rules, Edits, WQ Views, WQ Columns, Add/Remove Users
  • HB/PB Charge Review WQs
  • Routing Rules, Edits, WQ Views, WQ Columns, Add/Remove Users
  • Charge Interface Error WQs
  • Cost Center Assignment Tables
  • Component Group (HB/PB)
  • Testing (Unit Testing, Integrated Testing, Charge Volume Testing)
  • Charge Void and Repost

Epic Charge Router Analyst Requirements:
  • 5-6 Years of build experience, Monitors the systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity and appropriately escalates issues/problems.
  • Epic Charge Router build experience and technical knowledge
  • Teamwork; Will need to work others with and share information well; Will work as part of team
  • Highly organized and analytical mindset
  • Experience supporting a large, multi-state, multi-facility organization
  • Customer friendly and professional
