The Account Manager will have a dynamic and challenging role and will play an important part in the company's objective to grow earnings for our strategic principals.  

Technical Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and grows relationships with existing core accounts.
  • Develops targets for all company's strategic principals.
  • Technically engages with all customers. 
  • Spends 70% of your time in front of technical people. 
  • Makes 15 sales calls/week with one office day/week.
  • Participates fully in technical training sessions.
  • Identifies decision makers to close the sales process.
  • Maintains and expands the database for your territory. 
  • Provides strong leadership to achieve sales results.
Technical Account Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, or related field is required.
  • Candidate must have 3+ years of technical experience.
  • Master’s Degree, technical degree in chemistry or biochemistry is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • 3+ years of lab experience is preferred.
  • Passionate and committed to contributing to continued sales growth.
  • Outgoing, highly energetic, and a self-starter.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
  • Desire to learn all products technically.
  • Entrepreneurial business focuses with strong business acumen.
  • Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
