This position will work to professionally represent promote the company’s Beauty and Personal Care portfolio. This position will work to distinguish the company with value added technical support for our customers and to grow Beauty & Personal care portfolio sales.  

Technical Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to completion with the collaboration of Regional Account Managers  
  • Organize and lead pillar promotions including feedback from the customer to the company and to the principal.  
  • Facilitate customer specific presentations on the company’s capability, trend analysis and end applications 
  • Liaison with pillar principals and Principal Manager on goals and objectives, as well as specific product and market targets 
  • Make product recommendations 
  • Understand the pillar portfolio and do hands on work in a laboratory setting 

Technical Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum B.S. Degree in Science 
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the Beauty & Personal industry
  • Competency, Sales Management Systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent. 
  • Master’s Degree in Science is preferred
  • Business development or technical sales certifications is preferred
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, self-motivation, and team player mentality 
  • Good relationship building skills 
  • Will exhibit an eagerness for contributing beyond immediate duties and getting the job done 
  • Will be sufficiently mature to be able to move forward from setbacks
