Recruiting Manager Responsibilities
  • Create a culture that attracts the best talent and enables high-performance teams to do their best work
  • Coach and develop our next generation of recruiting leaders
  • Establish strong partnerships by listening, having empathy and delivering on commitments
  • Win trust and build credibility to advise, support and drive value at all levels including executive leadership
  • Establish regular communication and transparency on recruiting progress, key challenges and wins to executive leadership
  • Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of position types
Recruiting Manager Requirements
  • Minimum BS/BA in business or a related field or equivalent evidence of exceptional accomplishment in recruiting, MBA preferred
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in the recruiting, with at least 2 years experience managing a team of recruiters.
  • A genuine passion for Hunter’s mission – to connect clients with the best and brightest talent in their industry.
  • Track record of achievement in rapid-growth, mission-driven and extremely demanding hiring environments where excellence is the passing grade
  • Evidence of driving innovation in promoting the optimal performance of highly motivated / skilled recruiting teams
  • Demonstrated ability and achievement in leading effective recruiting teams and developing and inspiring exceptional recruiters and recruiting leaders
  • A combination of experience recruiting for both high-volume and technical positions is preferred
