Business Systems Analyst
- Lead transformation and development of the applicable system-training program for the site. Including but not limited to developing Video/CBT training, leading courses for the positions and areas to gain access, ensuring all users receive the same message when receiving access at the site.
- Maintains, Creates, & Update of the local training materials based on the new processes and functionalities related to the application.
- Build and execute the end user role mapping, curriculums and training plan for the assigned program.
- Leads operations evaluating SOP impact assessments and tracks to completion during new deployments.
- Participates in upgrade release notes review and works with teams to identify business impacts and adjust training.
- Gain a complete understanding processes and recipes related to EBR and execution.
- Education: Associates Degree and/or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
- 2+ year’s professional experience. Pharmaceutical Industry plus – but not required.
- Effective oral and written communications skills.
- Previous experience delivering training (remote and in person)
- Previous experience in developing, organizing and delivering training material systems.
- Skilled in use of MS Office products.
