The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships for a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer. This role involves territory development, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure business success.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with representatives, agencies, and distributors while continuously optimizing partnerships for maximum efficiency and growth.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Provide expert technical consultation and tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Ensure timely payment collections and work collaboratively with customers to resolve any billing concerns.
- Enhance market presence by actively promoting the company’s brand and reputation within the plastics industry.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide sales support and guidance for other regions as needed, contributing to company growth overall.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the plastic machinery or peripheral equipment industries.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Highly self-driven, motivated by goals, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of the plastics industry, including trends, technology, and customer needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
