The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for providing quality customer service while supporting Cash Application and Credit & Collection functions.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for providing quality customer service while supporting Cash Application and Credit & Collection functions.
Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Researches and resolves a high volume of customer deductions
- Retrieve, prepare, and scan back-up documentation in timely fashion
- Assist Credit and Collections team with invoice and credit submission to customers and/or portals
- Assist with collections and follows up as appropriate. Maintain accurate notes.
- Conducts written correspondence with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provides back-up support with credit activities and/or projects as needed
- Provides back-up support for cash posting as needed
Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3-4 years of experience in AR, Credit & Collections
- SAP experience is a plus
