The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to management and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role involves handling phone and email communication, managing schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with general administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, reports, and records
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies to support efficient operations

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
