Assembler I Overview:
As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of all types of voltage regulators in a continuous flow manufacturing environment. This role supports production goals by building high-quality components in accordance with standard work procedures, ensuring on-time delivery and product performance.

Assembler I Overview:
As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of all types of voltage regulators in a continuous flow manufacturing environment. This role supports production goals by building high-quality components in accordance with standard work procedures, ensuring on-time delivery and product performance.
Assembler I Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test voltage regulators following standard work and safety guidelines.
- Inspect parts and perform quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to build components.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective units or components.
- Work with engineering, quality, and shipping teams to complete and ship products on time.
- Operate overhead cranes and industrial vehicles to move materials.
- Assist in modifying or repairing customer-supplied equipment.
- Cross-train and support other team members as needed.
Assembler I Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (now or in the future).
- Must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
(Note: Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from this geographic requirement.)
Assembler I Preferred Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, walking, and pushing/pulling materials with or without reasonable accommodations.
