Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and create a culture that attracts the right clients to engage with Hunter to provide STEM-focused recruiting services and solutions.
  • Outreach of prospective customers through various communications channels – primarily phone.
  • Establish strong partnerships following a consultative approach and delivering on commitments.
  • Increase sales by securing qualified hiring contracts.
  • Partner with Hunter’s Recruiting and Account Management teams to ensure client relationships are maximized.
  • Meet and exceed defined objectives, goals, and deliverables set by leadership by accurate sales tracking and data entry into the CRM.

 

Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finance, Business, Management or related preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3-year record of sales accomplishments in B2B, fast-paced, and mission-driven environments.
  • A genuine passion for Hunter’s mission – to connect clients with the best and brightest talent in their industry.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunter’s core values (Harmony, Integrity, Respect, Excellence) proving excellent communication, and customer service skills.
