Client Coordinator build and maintain a strong business relationship with existing and potential customers and are responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders in an accurate and time efficient manner with a passion for satisfying our customers.
Client Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and chat messages immediately.
- Process orders received via phone, email, fax, web and other sources.
- Process customer requests for returns and warranty claims.
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge needed to converse with customers.
- Identify and communicate potential issues and opportunities.
- Follow up with vendors.
- Utilize Excel for data entry.
Client Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school degree (Associates Degree a plus).
- Strong proven work ethic.
- Proficiency in computer skills and software, including Excel and Word.
- Proven working experience in a team environment.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
