The Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant will assist attorneys in steering the delivery of legal services using technical skills and managing workflow processes. Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Typing, producing, editing, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence.
- Electronic time entry and billing.
- Calendaring/scheduling, processing and managing expense reimbursements.
- Electronic client file maintenance (NetDocs).
- Overall assistance with commercial contracts tracking and processes.
Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years legal/law firm experience working in a transactional area of law, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and PDF program, required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, proofreading, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
