Essential Job Duties:
- Handles routine (non-complex) complaints received by phone and email according to approved procedures
- Provides dispensing system troubleshooting and product and service information
- Enters product replacement orders, issues credits/RGAs, and arranges field returns for issue identification
- Identifies and escalates global, complex, atypical complaints and routes to the appropriate resource for processing and resolution
- Navigating to and application of pre-defined enterprise resources and tools to assist with troubleshooting and requests for information.
- Provides professional resolutions to complaints while adhering to corporate policies for complaint processing, product replacement, information share and security to satisfactorily resolve customers concerns
- Utilizes software systems for complaint data capture and transactions related to product
- Remains resilient and respectful in difficult conversations with customers to retain customer satisfaction and display GOJO’s quality standards
- HS Diploma required along with 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in Salesforce and SAP preferred
