Position Overview
The Data Integrity Specialist will support the organization with a critical database cleanup initiative. This part-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong data entry, administrative support, and CRM/database experience who enjoy working independently in a flexible work environment. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of donor and organizational data through high-volume data entry and record validation. Approximately 99% of the work will involve database cleanup within the organization's CRM system.

Data Integrity Specialist Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy.
- Review, validate, and update hundreds of records within the organization's CRM database.
- Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across donor records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and verify information.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive donor information.
- Work independently to complete assigned data cleanup tasks efficiently.
- Assist with additional data integrity projects as needed.
Data Integrity Specialist Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent experience in data entry, administrative support, data integrity, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM or database management systems required.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge strongly preferred; similar donor or fundraising CRM platforms will also be considered.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and managing large datasets.
- Experience performing database cleanup, record validation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to accurately process high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining data integrity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
