Electrical Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift)

$31.25–$32.75/hour + $0.65 shift differential

A well-established and respected manufacturer in the Cuyahoga Falls area is looking to add a skilled Electrical Maintenance 
Mechanic to its team. This is a second shift role (3 PM–11 PM) focused specifically on electrical maintenance and facilities, not production machinery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial electrical work, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep across a large-scale industrial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building utilities and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Handle general electrical work, including troubleshooting and repair of commercial building systems
  • Support facility infrastructure, piping, welding, machining, light fabrication as needed
  • Occasionally work with or support PLC-driven systems (knowledge of 480V systems preferred)
  • Participate in rotating weekend coverage (every other weekend) and occasional OT
  • All OT is paid at time and a half, including weekend coverage

Schedule & Pay:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
  • $31.25–$32.75/hour + $0.65/hour shift differential
  • OT available, weekend coverage rotates within the team

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–10+ years of hands-on commercial/industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong background in commercial electrical systems, 480V preferred
  • Working knowledge of machining, welding, piping, and general fabrication
  • Experience with PLC programming or troubleshooting a plus
  • Comfortable working in a large industrial setting (not residential/home repair)
