The Epic Radiant Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the full testing and quality assurance lifecycle for an Epic Radiant implementation project. This role ensures testing activities are properly planned, executed, tracked, and reported, supporting a successful system implementation and go-live. The coordinator will work closely with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure system functionality, workflow alignment, and quality standards are met.

The Epic Radiant Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the full testing and quality assurance lifecycle for an Epic Radiant implementation project. This role ensures testing activities are properly planned, executed, tracked, and reported, supporting a successful system implementation and go-live. The coordinator will work closely with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure system functionality, workflow alignment, and quality standards are met.
Epic Radiant Testing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all testing activities for the Epic Radiant implementation, including unit testing, integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive testing plans, test scripts, test schedules, and defect tracking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for testing and QA activities across project teams
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Track testing progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate as needed
- Manage defect lifecycle using established tools and processes
- Support workflow validation, process optimization, and end-user readiness
- Provide off-hours testing or go-live support as required
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and Epic best practices
Epic Radiant Testing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Prior experience serving as an Epic Testing Coordinator for at least three large Epic implementations
- Strong experience with Epic implementation projects
- Demonstrated expertise coordinating testing and QA activities in complex healthcare environments
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Direct experience with Epic Radiant implementation (design / build / test / support)
- Epic certification (any module)
- Experience with workflow analysis and process optimization
- Familiarity with go-live planning and support
