We are looking for a data-driven Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Truck Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and business intelligence: you will build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pricing performance, volume and market share data, and other operating KPIs, while also supporting core finance functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable pulling and modeling data (SQL, Excel, Python), turning it into clear visual reporting (Power BI or Tableau), and using automation to eliminate manual, repetitive reporting work. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys translating raw financial and operational data into dashboards and insights that drive faster, better commercial decisions.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI and/or Tableau) that track pricing performance and volume and market share to support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Standardize data models and reporting definitions to ensure consistent, auditable KPI calculations.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support deal reviews and strategic planning.
  • Automate recurring financial reporting and reconciliation processes using SQL, Python, VBA, and Power Query to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource on BI/reporting best practices, mentoring peers on dashboard design and data governance as needed.

Financial Analyst Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence/reporting, or a closely related analytical role (relevant internship experience considered for early-career candidates).
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards or reports used for business decision-making.
  •  Hands-on proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, joining, and reconciling data across systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros/VBA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
