The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and guests, providing a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the office. This role is responsible for front desk reception, phone and visitor management, conference room scheduling, office hospitality, mail distribution, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
- Manage visitor check-in, issue visitor badges, and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate conference room reservations and manage building service requests.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Support office hospitality by maintaining coffee, tea, kitchen supplies, janitorial inventory, and restroom supplies.
- Create name badges and provide logistical support for meetings and internal events.
- Generate attendance reports for Human Resources.
- Serve as a Floor Marshal/first responder during office emergencies and follow all safety and building protocols.
- Attend team meetings and provide administrative support for the Hospitality Ministries & Event Services team.
- Adjust work hours occasionally to support special events.
- Perform other administrative and hospitality-related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn new office technologies.
- Experience coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, or supporting facilities is a plus.
