HR Administrative Assistant Overview:
The HR Administrative Assistant supports the HR Site Lead and Human Resources team by performing a wide range of administrative and confidential tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining HR records, coordinating employee-related processes, and assisting with daily HR operations to ensure efficient and accurate workflow across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR support activities.
HR Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department and HR Site Lead.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related activities.
• Process HR documentation, including applications, new hire paperwork, terminations, pay changes, and other confidential forms.
• Maintain and audit personnel files and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle HR-related invoice processing and coordinate requests for payment.
• Gather data and prepare routine HR reports as requested.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and manage pre-employment tasks.
• Support coordination of HR events and internal initiatives.
• Respond to routine employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with company safety, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the HR team.
HR Administrative Assistant Desired Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)

• Professional, dependable, and able to support employees across all levels
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of recent administrative assistant experience (preferably in HR or another confidential environment)
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with HR systems or Oracle preferred
