Human Resource Business Partner
Beachwood, OH - onsite

The Human Resources Business Partner will oversee and support all aspects of HR operations, serving as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring effective day-to-day HR administration. This role will provide leadership across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compliance, training, and employee engagement. The HRBP will be a hands on HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with the needs of a growing organization.
 
HRBP Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day human resources functions and initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation programs, and annual open enrollment.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational development.
  • Coordinate training and development programs as needed.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and other organizational initiatives.
 
HRBP Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with prior HR management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience with recruiting, benefits administration, payroll processing, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with an HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
