Industrial Maintenance Manager Overview:
Maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, with a focus on injection molding machinery. Ensure plant facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently by performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.
Industrial Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Use machine tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to repair or fabricate parts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; troubleshoot AC/DC circuits.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical processing techniques, tools, and materials.
Expertise in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of conditions.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with injection molding equipment.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for industrial automation systems.
Familiarity with machine fabrication and part repair using lathes, mills, and grinders.#INDCRS
