Proficient in project planning, stakeholder management, and industry software, with a strong focus on delivering successful infrastructure projects that meet client and business objectives.
Infrastructure Portfolio Manager Responsibilities
- Scope and facilitate engineering studies and research projects to accomplish and inform company and client objectives.
- Prepare contracts, develop rough order magnitude cost and schedule estimates, secure permits, obtain landowner agreements, establish purveyor relationships, facilitate municipal agreements and relationships, and oversee construction projects.
- Serve client goals by providing cross-functional tools, insights, and experience to develop all phases of infrastructure projects with varied client teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assemble and organize data and analytics to support further development of SAAS tools owned or managed by the company.
- Preposition project and program work for success by leveraging a risk-management approach to development planning.
- Support marketing efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience is a minimum requirement for this role.

- Proficiency in industry-relevant water or wastewater software and tools.
