We’re seeking an experienced Injection Mold Technician to join our team and take a lead role in setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines to ensure the production of high-quality plastic components. They will have in-depth knowledge of materials, tooling, and machinery used in the injection molding process.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Install molds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time), and ensure proper functioning of auxiliary equipment.
•    Continuously observe machine operation, monitor part quality, and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent production.
•    Identify and resolve processing issues such as defects, inconsistencies, and machine malfunctions.
•    Inspect finished parts for defects, measure dimensions, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
•    Perform routine maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment, and report any major repairs needed.
•    Maintain accurate records of process parameters, production data, and maintenance activities.
•    Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree in a related field are a plus.
•    Proven experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician or similar role.
•    Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials (thermoplastics), and tooling.
•    Proficiency in setting up and operating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
•    Ability to troubleshoot processing issues and make necessary adjustments.
•    Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
•    Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•    Knowledge of Scientific molding principles and techniques is preferred.
•    Experience with automation and robotics in Injection mold is a Plus.
•    Knowledge of Single stage and Two stage blow molding is an added advantage.
