2- Month Contract
The Lab Technician will do sample preparation, whole vegetable processing, data input into LIMS system(s), and general lab maintenance (dishes, chemical/consumable inventory, labeling).

The Lab Technician will do sample preparation, whole vegetable processing, data input into LIMS system(s), and general lab maintenance (dishes, chemical/consumable inventory, labeling).
Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Sample preparation.
- Whole vegetable processing.
- Data input into LIMS system.
- General lab maintenance (dishes, chemical/consumable inventory, labeling).
- Collect quantitative data for fruit/vegetable characteristics.
- Working with analytical equipment, pipetting, solvent preparation, and waste management.
Lab Technician Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, not required: emphasis in agriculture, biology, or food science backgrounds.
- Laboratory experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail.
