Supporting the Planview Connected Solution. The Primary role for this position is in the job family of a Project Portfolio Analyst (PPA) acting as a Reporting Analyst and focusing on analytics, metrics, and reporting automation in CRM (for the Planview Portfolio). Will be building new dashboards and analytical reporting using Power BI for Planview Portfolios. Additionally, reporting automation on specified reporting frequency.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Gather, document, create, and refine requirements for Planview and Power BI reporting.
• Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reports for using Planview and Power BI.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to stay aligned with team objectives.
 
Required skills:
• Experience with both Planview Portfolios and experience with BI Reporting
• Report requirements gathering and translating to deliverables
• Portfolio Management and/or PMO experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions. Organized with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up on open items and attend to details.
• Strong technical and analytical knowledge to extract and translate data into consumable information.
• Experience in creating and enhancing Planview dashboards and reports
 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or some combination of the two.
