As the Lead IT Systems Analyst, you will support Data Stewardship and Data Governance for core data use by the business of IT. You will be using systems like DataFlux (converting to Alteryx) to do quality auditing.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • May assist with that migration from DataFlux to Alteryx.
  • Work with our internal business users on data quality requirements. Reviewing and understanding the data necessary to run the business.
  • Work with Helix and Flexera SMEs on data sourcing.
  • Work with Data Architects on Data modeling.
  • Work with Data Warehouse team for ETL to Snowflake.
Required Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft SQL and/or PostgreSQL
  • Proficient with self-service data analytics/observability tools, such as Alteryx, DataFlux, Ataccama
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Data Governance knowledge, including Data Literacy, Data Standards, Data Quality Management, Mitigating data and access risks, etc.
  • Working knowledge of a Service Management and Product Catalog (ideally Helix and Flexera) for managing Hardware, Software and other Service Management Products
  • Soft skills: customer service skills, collaborative, quick learner, ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, ability to follow documented processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft apps like Word and Excel
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Service Management processes and the data involved
  • Knowledge and understanding of both Hardware and Software Management processes and the data involved
  • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concept and how to manage related resources
  • Proficient with Business Analytics tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake
  • Knowledge of Helix and Flexera tools in support of Software Asset Management Catalog Manager tasks
  • Familiar with working Service Request queues and accomplishing related tasks
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum eight years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.
