Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator Overview:
The Maintenance Documentation Coordinator is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and controlling all maintenance-related documentation for the plant.


Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator Responsibilities:
The coordinator will:
  • Manage the intake, scanning, and filing of documents into the maintenance drive, ensuring materials are stored in the correct virtual and paper locations.
  • Ensures that technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and maintenance records are accurately filed, easily retrievable, and properly stored in both electronic and physical formats. The file structure is already established; this role focuses on execution of documentation, consistency, and ongoing upkeep.
  • A weekly review meeting will provide guidance and clarification as the individual builds familiarity with the documentation and filing standards.
  • Over time, the role is expected to operate independently, applying judgment to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • Previous documentation experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with computer systems
  • Ability to operate a plotter/scanner to store and manage large-format documents
