What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler, you will play an essential role in supporting inventory and material flow throughout the facility. You will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and transferring materials, processing shipments, and ensuring accuracy within ERP systems, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and ship materials accurately and efficiently

• Pull and issue materials for production orders

• Process repair units and vendor materials in ERP systems

• Verify counts, serial numbers, packaging, documentation, and shipping methods

• Ship finished goods to customers and in-process materials to outside vendors

• Generate and validate invoices for shipments using internal systems

• Handle and label hazardous materials in compliance with regulations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Follow all company safety rules and procedures

Additional Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Must live within 50 miles of the Grand Rapids, MI facility (no relocation provided)

• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift/move up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of logistics, warehouse, or related experience (3+ years strongly preferred)

• Experience with ERP systems and tools such as Excel, Oracle, WMS, and Outlook

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
