Pay:
The NICU RN position is based in a unit that serves ppatients with a wide range of acute care needs. Level IV NICU Care of the NICU patient 22wks-Full Term
PICU RN Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and directing nursing care — with a focus on family-centered care for individual or groups of patients.
- Providing care for patients’ physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
- Performing patient-centered care duties and professional nursing duties (monitoring, interventions, documentation, etc.).
- Engaging in quality improvement and safety practices.
- Participating in evidence-based practice — using best practices to guide care.
- Supporting provider staff (physicians, advanced practice providers) and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team for efficient operation and high-quality care.
- Active OH or compact state RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
- EPIC experience
- EOH/6 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule. 2wk or 6wk rotations
