- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Required:
- Education - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication skills with patients, staff, and visitors
- Ability to meet physical demands of standing, walking, lifting, cleaning, and transporting trays and kitchen equipment throughout the shift
- No minimum experience required
- Previous experience in a high-volume food service, hospitality, dietary, cafeteria, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred.
- Sanitize patient trays, pots, pans, small wares, and kitchen equipment in accordance with department and regulatory standards
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food service areas
- Support daily tray line operations to ensure timely meal service
- Collect and transport patient tray carts from designated areas
- Remove and dispose of trash from kitchen, storage, receiving, and dock areas
- Clean and maintain coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas
- Ensure food products are properly organized, labeled, and dated
- Perform duties in compliance with local health department regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional service
