Patient Care Representative- Women's Health
Location: Arlington, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Compensation: $24-$26, based on experience
Contract: 13 Weeks | Temp-to-Perm
The Patient Care Representative (PCR) serves as the first point of contact for patients at a women’s health clinic. This role combines administrative, scheduling, and patient support duties to ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and relevant state and federal healthcare standards.

Patient Care Representative Responsibilities:
- Schedules, meets, greets, and registers patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Answers and routes telephone calls and messages.
- Coordinates insurance verifications and pre-authorizations.
- Takes payments and completes daily batching.
- Maintains medical records and prepares charts for clinic sessions.
- Provides assistance as needed to physicians, Practice Manager, and clinical staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- College Degree Preferred.
- Two Years Office/Clerical Experience Required.
- Two Years’ Healthcare/Medical - Primary Care/Office Experience Required.
- EPIC experience (strong preference) and Women’s Health experience (strong preference).
