Pharmacist Inpatient
Location: Centerville, OH
Shift: 7am-3:30pm (5x8, M - F, No weekends)
Compensation: $3200/week (gross)

The Pharmacist Inpatient is responsible for reviewing and verifying medication orders, preparing and dispensing medications, and ensuring safe and effective pharmaceutical care for hospitalized patients. This role includes sterile IV compounding, preparation of intravenous medications, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes while utilizing EPIC and automated medication dispensing systems. This is a float position, and the selected candidate will be expected to float to other nearby hospitals as needed.
Pharmacist Inpatient Requirements:
- PharmD degree required
- Active RPh license/certification required
- Proficiency with EPIC required
- IV compounding experience required
- Experience with sterile technique required
- Experience preparing intravenous medications required
- Experience with medication dispensing systems required
- Willingness and ability to work in a float capacity across all 5 nearby hospitals as needed
- Experience with compounding pharmacy environments (preferred)
- Experience with Pyxis automated dispensing systems (preferred)
- Experience with antibiotics (preferred)
- Experience with chemotherapy medications (preferred)
- Experience with IV Piggyback (IVPB) medications (preferred)
- Experience with IV push medications (preferred)
- Experience with EPIC Beacon (preferred)
