The Product Manager will direct the commercial strategy, roadmap, and market expansion for an advanced product line. This role focuses on defect recognition technologies serving semiconductor manufacturing alongside emerging industrial applications. The position bridges technical engineering and commercial execution, requiring a customer-focused leader who can translate complex acoustic and electronic capabilities into compelling value propositions, profitable revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap in collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, and quality teams. Manage the entire product lifecycle from new product introduction (NPI) through phase-out and portfolio optimization.
  • Act as the primary commercial and technical liaison for strategic accounts, translating customer application requirements into actionable product features and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical inquiries, manage custom engineering requests, and ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing models, margin optimization, and formal commercial agreements with regional and global sales teams.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis across semiconductor and adjacent sectors to identify new revenue streams and build data-driven business cases.
  • Create technical product guides, brochures, customer presentations, and digital website content that accurately represent product capabilities and brand guidelines.
Product Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5 or more years of experience in product management, technical key account management, or business development within an industrial, test-and-measurement, or semiconductor environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing technical hardware or instrumentation product portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex technical concepts and present them effectively to executive, commercial, and engineering audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience analyzing margins, market drivers, pricing structures, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business-fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Direct experience with ultrasonic testing, non-destructive testing (NDT), transducers, or high-frequency pulser–receiver instrumentation.
  • Background working cross-functionally within international or matrixed corporate environments.
