Production Associate Overview
- Assist paint line operations by hanging and removing parts/materials from load bars
- Record pieces produced, hours worked, and load bar data using a computer system
- Carry and lift parts to hang or remove from the painting production line
- Perform visual inspections of materials before and after painting
- Complete miscellaneous tasks such as masking, wrapping, and touch-up painting
- Maintains components, tools, and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- No relocation assistance provided
- Must reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX
- Experience with powder painting
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
