We are seeking a motivated Registered Project Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a licensed architect with a strong balance of design sensibility, technical precision, and leadership potential. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into high-quality construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design intent carries through every project phase.
- Lead the development of design documentation from schematic design through construction administration.
- Translate conceptual designs into detailed, buildable solutions while maintaining design integrity.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and project efficiency.
- Participate in client and design presentations, contributing to the creative and technical vision of each project.
- Mentor interns and junior staff in documentation standards, detailing, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to meet project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Licensed Architect with 5–s of professional experience.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and D5 Render.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, construction detailing, and consultant management.
- Demonstrated ability to convert design concepts into comprehensive technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in hospitality, multifamily, institutional, or higher education projects preferred.
