The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of architecture and business strategy—someone who can balance creativity with pragmatism, mentor teams, and cultivate strong client relationships that drive long-term growth.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and budget/schedule compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams—serving as both a design advocate and operational anchor.
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
- Contribute to business development efforts through established industry relationships, particularly with developers, hospitality groups, and educational institutions.
- Guide project teams in the effective use of technology and visualization tools to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, enhance team culture, and elevate project delivery standards.
- Licensed Architect with 15–20+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and D5 Render.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-facing presence.
- Proven ability to mentor staff and build cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Experience in hospitality, education, or mixed-use sectors strongly preferred.
- Active participation in business development and client acquisition.
