Position Overview
 The Project Manager – Support Launch to support the Launch Director in coordinating cross-functional activities for a large-scale product launch. This role is responsible for driving project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business functions, tracking launch readiness, and supporting leadership through effective project reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and has experience with complex commercial product launches.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Launch Director in managing cross-functional integration across multiple workstreams and sub-workstreams.
  • Translate workstream deliverables into clear, actionable project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate peer reviews, integration workshops, and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Track launch readiness KPIs and maintain project scorecards.
  • Utilize PMO tools (Adobe Workfront preferred) to manage project deliverables, timelines, and progress.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to monitor deliverables and provide feedback for executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and timeline changes while communicating updates to key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative project support during launch activities, including Q/VC builds and customer order solicitation, in partnership with Engineering, PMO, and Sales Operations.
  • Support successful execution of launch milestones while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex product launches (non-engineering).
  • Experience with commercial operations, business operations, or product integration.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving timelines.
  • Experience using PMO/project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, or a comparable platform.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
