$80,000-$90,000 Base Pay + Commission
We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager with a proven track record prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals in a B2B industrial environment. The right individual will operate with urgency, think commercially, and take ownership of a market, not just a list of accounts. We are looking for a true sales builder, not an account manager. This individual will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our presence in industrial chemical markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business across defined markets and geographies
- Build relationships with customers, distributors, and end users to create demand and pipeline
- Identify new applications and use cases for the company’s product portfolio
- Execute against revenue and margin targets with disciplined follow-through
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust positioning in the field
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, terms, and agreements
- Maintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility into opportunities
- Partner with operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure execution aligns with commercial commitments
- Consistent new business wins and pipeline conversion
- Year-over-year revenue and gross profit growth within the territory
- Expansion into new customers, segments, or applications
- Strong activity levels with disciplined follow-up and execution
- Clear ownership of results without reliance on internal push
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or industrial markets
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close business
- Comfortable in plant environments and customer-facing situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (Sage experience preferred)
