Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and building equipment. Will also be responsible for coordinating outside vendor repair services

Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and building equipment. Will also be responsible for coordinating outside vendor repair services
Responsibilities:
- Identify problems, troubleshoots electrical and mechanical items to determine the cause of machinery and building facility related issues.
- Defines and coordinates the solution to make the needed repairs.
- Provides repair lists and updates to Manufacturing Manager as needed.
- Develops maintenances schedules and repair lists.
- Maintains records of repairs and preventive maintenance performed.
- Assigns repairs to outside services and co-workers as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
- Industrial Electricals and Electronic School and/or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mechanical aptitude is required to hold this position.
- Must have working knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Possess leadership skills and be able to relay instructions clearly.
- Willing to train or assist in training of personnel. Overtime may be required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information.
- Ability to correspond effectively with vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Ability to read and understand various schematics.
- Mathematics Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited
