Senior Manufacturing Documentation & Veeva Conversion Lead Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing documentation professional to serve as a technical expert for documentation management within the Veeva system. This role provides primarily remote support to manufacturing sites, helping users navigate Veeva, maintain accurate metadata, standardize documentation, and build effective Equipment Owner binders. The position also delivers training to shop-floor operators and operations leadership, with occasional on-site support as needed.
Senior Manufacturing Documentation & Veeva Conversion Lead Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of converting or manufacturing experience
- Advanced expertise in the Veeva documentation management system
- Strong knowledge of document navigation, metadata management, version control, and equipment-document mapping
- Experience evaluating, consolidating, and improving manufacturing documentation
- Ability to train users remotely and in classroom settings
- Ability to work in manufacturing environments when required, including compliance with safety and PPE requirements
Senior Manufacturing Documentation & Veeva Conversion Lead Preferred Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of converting experience
- Familiarity with multiple converting technology platforms
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as AM, ECRs, CPE, CIL, CL, TBO, DH, or similar systems
