Senior Sales Administrator
Greater Miami, FL
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Administrator in the Greater Miami area. This role will provide administrative support to the sales team for order processing and accuracy, work order submittals and reporting.
Senior Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provides timely and effective administrative support within the Sales function.
- Handle New Order Processing and OCR Revisions -Manage the entry and revision of new orders, ensuring revisions are submitted and updated accurately.
- Submit Work Orders to TSC-Coordinate with TSC for all post-production activities by submitting accurate and timely work orders.
- Ensure Order Documentation and Pricing Accuracy - Maintain accurate documentation and pricing to support timely and correct invoice processing.
- Prepare and Deliver Reports - Create and present both leadership and customer-facing reports as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Professional verbal and written communication for coordination within the Sales function.
- Attention to Detail – Critical for managing documentation and order accuracy.
- Order Management Systems Proficiency
- Strong proficiency in Excel
