Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Location: Wilmington, DE
Schedule: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite, flexible

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of positions, including professional, manufacturing, operations, and university rotational program roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring managers, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and establish recruiting strategies.
- Recruit for exempt professional positions, non-exempt manufacturing and operations roles, and university rotational program participants.
- Develop and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through social media, networking, referrals, AI recruiting tools, and other sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and create effective pre-screening questions.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and HR partners throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide consultative guidance by challenging assumptions, recommending hiring strategies, and sharing talent market insights.
- Promote a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent presence in the market.
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt/professional-level positions.
- Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with social sourcing techniques and AI-driven recruiting tools.
- Strong consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism while managing recruitment activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with Workday Recruit (ATS) and Phenom CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
