Senior Supply Chain Specialist Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Specialist within the Supply Chain Data organization to support Global Label Management and SAP EHS activities. This role focuses on executing Business Integration Testing (BIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by generating and validating label outputs across SAP environments.
This hands-on position requires strong SAP GLM and WWI expertise to ensure labeling accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality delivery. The specialist will collaborate with global stakeholders, document testing results, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will be capable of quickly ramping up in existing SAP landscapes, assessing gaps, and providing practical solutions in complex or ambiguous environments. This is especially critical for project-based and contract engagements.

(Hybrid) Sr. Supply Chain Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support Global Label Management (GLM) and SAP EHS activities within the Supply Chain Data organization.
- Execute Business Integration Testing (BIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Generate and validate label outputs across SAP environments.
- Ensure labeling accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
- Document testing results and support issue resolution activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, data inconsistencies, and label generation errors with minimal supervision.
- Own end-to-end delivery activities, including: (Requirements gathering, Solution design, Testing, Deployment, Post-go-live support)
- Quickly ramp up in existing SAP environments and system landscapes.
- Assess process and system gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Partner with business subject matter experts (SMEs), regulatory teams, IT organizations, and external vendors.
- Collaborate across global teams to support project objectives and compliance requirements.
- Provide clear communication, status updates, and testing outcomes to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
- Develop test scripts and testing documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance traceability throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Global Label Management (GLM) and SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in production environments.
- Proven experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP GLM solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end SAP solutions from requirements gathering through post-production support.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production support issues, data inconsistencies, and labeling errors.
- Strong experience within the chemical industry or other highly regulated industries.
- Working knowledge of: Globally Harmonized System (GHS), REACH regulations, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring, Hazard communication standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
