Site Human Resources Manager

The Site Human Resources Manager will deliver HR programs and initiatives that foster engagement, compliance, and business results. Partnering closely with leadership and HR colleagues across the organization, you’ll shape the employee experience and promote a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement
Site Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicate, implement, and support HR programs in alignment with the overall HR strategy and delivery mode 
- Provide overall HR support to the site and collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners 
- Interpret and administer site policies 
- Prepare reports, collect data, develop summaries, and report the status of ongoing legal matters 
- Lead workplace investigations as needed and partner with other HR team members on investigations 
- Lead initiatives to build individual and organizational talent capability 
- Advise and counsel supervisory staff on effective employment practices to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies 
- Collaborate within the HR team to identify improvement opportunities and simplify processes 
- Partner with Site Leadership to promote a culture focused on feedback, performance, transparent communications, and a positive employee experience 
- Provide coaching to all employees and leaders with a focus on improving overall site and business performance 
- Ensure compliance with company, government, and local requirements and policies 
- Travel to different sites as business needs dictate 
- Serve as an active member of the Site Leadership Team 
 
- BS/BA in Human Resources or a related discipline 
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws 
- Extensive experience supporting manufacturing and shift operations 
- Ability to use metrics and data to guide actions and interventions 
- Experience creating and implementing HR processes that enable efficient workflows and results 
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and areas of an organization 
- Ability to influence decisions and implement best practices 
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance work processes is preferred
